1. Contact me before you visit any new home community


I must be registered as your buyer’s agent with the builder before you walk into a sales office. This is the only way to protect the rebate.
2. I represent you the entire way


From the purchase contract through inspections, final walk-through, and closing — I’m on your side looking out for your best interest.
3. You receive a credit at closing


A portion of my commission is credited back to you on the Closing Disclosure. It is fully disclosed to the seller, lender, and title company and is completely legal in Florida.

Real Example
Home price: $500,000
Buyer agent commission: 3% = $15,000
Your rebate (55%): $8,250 credited at closing
This credit can significantly reduce the cash you need to bring to closing.

Important Notes
• Maximum rebate amounts can vary based on your loan type and down payment. We’ll review this together early in the process.
• The rebate is encouraged by the U.S. Department of Justice as a way to promote competition.
