I must be registered as your buyer’s agent with the builder before you walk into a sales office. This is the only way to safeguard your closing cost rebate.
2. I represent you the entire way
From the purchase contract through inspections, final walk-through, and closing — I’m on your side looking out for your best interest.
3. You receive a home buyer rebate at closing
A portion of my commission is credited back to you on the Closing Disclosure as a real estate commission refund. It is fully disclosed to the seller, lender, and title company and is completely legal in Florida.
